In a fast moving, multi-tasking-busy day, giving your full attention to someone else might seem impossible and yet, when you do it, it’s priceless. Think about it, you are already having the conversations, it doesn’t take any more time out of your day.
The ability to stay present and give your full attention to the task at hand is one of the significant benefits of mindfulness on your life. When you practice in your interactions with others, the gifts are plenty.
